Soaking in God's presence allows us to take time out to meet with God. Find yourself a space and make yourself comfortable - Settle down and begin to open your heart to the Lord - Listen to the worship and let the sweet embrace of the Holy Spirit fill you, and allow the Fathers love to touch your heart.

Psalms 46:10 says "Be still, and know that I am God." The wording "be still" literally means to cease from striving. It means to let go and relax, to turn down the volume of the world and listen to the quiet whisper of God. It's getting still and coming into a place of rest. It means soaking in His Presence.

As we focus our heart, spirit, soul, mind, and body (the whole person) on His manifest Presence, we become oblivious to the natural/physical world around us. The more we soak, the more we become filled with His Spirit.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

SOAKING TEAMS THROUGHOUT AUSTRALIA

Catch The Fire Ministry Soaking Teams are being trained and assembled to run Soaking In His Presence Weekends (SIPW) in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

If you or your church would like to host and run a SIPW please contact John Arnott at Hillview Church to provide you with full details. John will arrange for a team to visit you to run the SIPW. There is a growing demand for SIPW to happen and we would not wish you to miss out.
